Australia's style is one-of-a-kind and I teamed up with some of my favourite people in the industry to create a shoot that is quintessentially Australian, with an international aesthetic.
LOCATION
Melbourne has some extraordinary locations to shoot and out of all the stunning options, we agreed on Lightdrop Studios in Kensington. Lightdrop Studios has a vintage Industrial look and feel with an open plan design. The New York Style loft held within its architecture is a beautiful blank canvas that is saturated with an abundance of natural light and exposed beams and natural timber flooring. The studio is located in the stunningly imposing structure called the Young Husband Woolstore Complex. The industrial village is filled with small businesses, agencies and even a dance studio; on entering the vibrancy and creativity is palpable!

BIANCA VIRTUE PHOTOGRAPHY
Bianca is the dry, funny and seriously talented photographer for our Carte Blanche shoot. Lightning quick and operating with an ease of a professional with years of experience behind the lense. Bianca has worked in all facets of photography and this year made the shift to wedding photography full time.
In my experience, to be a successful wedding photographer, you need to love love, you need to love romance and have a knack of getting into people's hearts and emotions within a very small amount of time. Bianca is my go-to for wedding shots and I highly recommend her!
ST KRISTAL MAKE UP ARTISTRY
My stunning and oh-so experienced friend of four years, Kristal was my only choice for our shoot! Kristal is one of the most experienced makeup artists you will find. She helped launch and grow Mac Cosmetics in Australia, is a trained hairdresser and eyebrow feathering specialist. There is no end to her skills when it comes to beauty!
Specialising in wedding and events you will find St. Kristal's signature makeup style is creating gorgeous glowing skin infused with an eye shadow application to make your eye colour pop, enhanced with lashes and the perfect lip to frame the face.

STATE OF NATURE FLORAL STUDIO
Lauren Parisi is the brains behind State of Nature Floral Studio. Romantic, abundant, 'gardenesque' - Lauren operates a small-scale event florist based in inner Melbourne. Specialising in small to medium sized weddings and events, State of Nature gives her clients personalised and friendly service. Lauren prioritises local flowers and embraces an eco-friendly approach to floral design. Which I think is fab!
Quietly spoken, Lauren as a person is just divine. She doesn't need to be ostentatious as her work speaks for itself. The brief was lush, natural blooms with a 'secret garden' feel and boy did she nail it!
