What is a Trunk Show?
A Trunk Show is an event during which we receive a large collection of gowns from a particular designer – in our case; Laure de Sagazan, Donatelle Godart and Margaux Tardits, some of the most swooned for French brands available. By representing a few designers for one weekend, it allows us to share with you just what is so special about these gowns and their finish. We showcase styles available at no other time of the year.
Carte Blanche Bride essentially becomes the Australian flagship store for each of these brands over one golden weekend. Trunk Shows run on an appointment basis, but unlike other bridal appointments, we begin with a short consultation about who you are, what you like to wear day-to-day and the location and dress code of your wedding. At Carte Blanche we have over 12 years experience working with brides to find the perfect dress for them.
